Empire Vapor has been around since early 2014. We strive to make the best Vapor Liquid that we possibly can using nothing but the finest Ingreidents avalible to the E-Liquid Market. All our juice is manufactured in a clean room IQAir positive pressure pumps with filtered intake and exhaust. and we have had the air quality tested at 95.0% with IQAir Particle Tester. We are above clean room clean air standards. We are Excited for your patronage and hope you love the product.

How do I place an order?

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the approximate weight and size of the products ordered, and your location. Before the final checkout you will be shown the cost of shipping, at which point you can choose whether or not to proceed with your order.
Empire Vapor now offers a FREE SHIPPING option for Large order sizes, if the order is shipping to a US address!

Domestic Shipping

Non-Express Domestic orders are shipped with one of two shipping options:

First Class Mail (includes domestic tracking): Delivery takes approximately 3-5 days from ship date for domestic orders*.

Priority Mail (includes domestic tracking): Delivery takes approximately 2-3 days from ship date for domestic orders*.
*The shipping times are NOT guaranteed and may be affected by weather, errors on the part of the postal service, etc. We do guarantee that your package will be shipped in accordance with the Turnaround section listed above, but Empire Vapor cannot control the courier service once the order has been shipped. The exception to this is orders shipped using methods that include a guaranteed delivery date.
Express Domestic orders are shipped via Fedex::

FedEx Standard Overnight: Guaranteed to arrive by end of business on the next BUSINESS day (Mon-Fri). If Standard Overnight delivery to your location is not available, we will upgrade the shipment to Priority Overnight at no additional cost to the customer. Note: Domestic Express orders placed between 5pm Eastern Time on Friday and 2pm Eastern Time on Saturday may be shipped via USPS Priority Express rather than FedEx. This is for the benefit of our customers, as FedEx does not pick up or ship Express packages on Saturdays, and packages shipped via USPS Priority Express on Saturdays are Guaranteed to be delivered on Monday.
If your Domestic order does not arrive within 2 days of the estimated delivery time, or arrive on the guaranteed delivery day if you chose a shipping option with a guaranteed delivery day, please contact us and we will follow up with the USPS Consumer Affairs office or FedEx Premier Customer Service for you, and handle any potential claims.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped with one of two shipping options:

USPS First Class International (Includes tracking, but tracking does not continue once the package has left the US for most countries): Delivery takes approximately 10-21 days from ship date for international orders*. The USPS First Class International shipping option is not available in all countries. If you place an order that exceeds the maximum weight (5 lbs.) for USPS First Class International, your shipping will be upgraded to USPS Priority International shipping at no extra charge.

FedEx International Priority (Includes International tracking): Delivery takes approximately 2-8 business days from ship date for international orders*. Fedex International Priority shipping is not available in all countries. We require customer signature on delivery of FedEx International Priority shipments in some countries.
*International shipping times are NOT guaranteed and may be affected by weather, errors on the part of the postal service/FedEx, customs delays, etc.
NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please make sure you are familiar with your country’s e-liquid and e-cigarette customs/importation laws before ordering from Empire Vapor. We will not be held responsible for orders seized by customs, and we will not falsify customs forms to accommodate any orders. Customs forms will all be marked honestly, with accurate product and product value details in accordance with US Federal Law. In addition, International orders may be subject to import taxes and duty fees. The customer is responsible for paying these charges.

All International Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 buisness days and shipped through DHL

Attention: Utah and Indiana residents: At this time we are unable to ship to Utah or Indiana shipping addresses. This is due to state legislation that prevents us from shipping products direct to consumer in these states. If any changes occur to legislation in these or any other states, our shipping policy will be updated accordingly. If you are unhappy with this legislation, we recommend contacting your local representatives via http://casaa.org/.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Returns & refunds

Due to the Nature of Ejuice no refund will be processed on any Ejuice that is returned with the seal broken.
Must be returned within 14 days.
Sales are final on all Test Batch products.
